Be Mindful While You Manifest

Manifest this. Manifest that.

Everyone talks about manifesting but there are some things that you need to take into consideration. You won't manifest certain things because it's not "time" yet and there are things that YOU have to do on your part to make it happen. Check out the list below to see if you're creating any blockages in your manifestations:


Mixed Messages- are you being crystal clear with what you want? Are you sending indecision into the Universe. It's hard to produce anything when your mind is swinging back and forth. Be decisive.

Cleanliness-the level of tidiness in your space determines if your wishes will come true. If your personal spaces are hella junky and unorganized you're blocking a flow of allowing your abundance to come through. Stagnant energy lives in clutter, especially in piles of things.  Your personal spaces includes bedrooms, bathrooms, workspaces, cars, wallets, purses, kitchens, etc. What can you throw away or organize? 

Appreciation-show gratitude for what you currently have. If you're constantly complaining about how everything is wrong, then 9 times out of 10 you probably won't appreciate the new blessing because you're sending out "It's never enough" energy.

Reality Check-in order to manifest what you truly want your energy has to align with your wishes. If you want a healthy loving relationship then you can't be in a current relationship with Boo Boo the Fool. How can what you truly want find you if you have something unnecessary taking up space?

Expectations-you get so excited, write all these intentions and nothing happens.....so you think. You wanted to manifest $75 for food but your friend bought you lunch, the cashier gifted you a discount at the grocery store and your Mom didn't have enough room in her freezer and told you to come take the extra food. See how that works? Release the expectation of what it's suppose to look like. Be open and pay attention.

Trust-Faith and trusting the unknown are the magic recipes in manifesting. If you don't have neither one of these, you can forget it!

Mindset-the way we view certain situations can create a block in manifesting. Asking for a promotion at work with "I don't deserve this" in the back of your mind is subconsciously asking for what you DON'T want. Reprogramming outdated thoughts are another key component in manifesting. If your mental and emotional doesn't align with the intention, expect less than mediocre results. Changing your mindset can take years, especially if you're holding onto beliefs from childhood. Be patient with yourself.

One Size Does Not Fit All-you have to find your manifesting swag. Writing down intentions or creating vision boards may not work for you. You may need to try something else. Dancing, doodling, visualizing  and chanting is my thing even though I love to write. Exercising, meditation, yoga, painting, affirmations, prayer, fasting (refraining from consuming certain things/detoxing) candles or crystals may work for you. Explore what works for you and be open if that changes from time to time.
