The Grounding Project 2.0

Dates: August 2nd-September 3rd

Join this community project as we spend 33 days Grouding.

We'll be resetting ourselves, calming the nervous system, exploring and reaping the benefits of grounding, forest bathing and tree loving. 

This project is beginner friendly, all you need to access to a patch of grass and or parks/nature.

All participants will receive:

-Access to a private Grounding Reiki Video

-Access to support group via GroupMe

-Minute Counter PDF with exercises and a chart to keep track of minutes each day that you spend Grouding
