2026 New Year Reiki Cleanse
This private video will focus on (but not limited to):
Clearing out stagnant energy, cutting cords, receiving clarity, relaxation, balancing the nervous system, cleaning out 9 chakras, etc. You will be able to watch this at your own leisure. Private video link with instructions will be sent via email 1/17/26. You don't have to do anything but be open to the energy. You can watch at your own leisure. The day of you watch the video/receive Reiki, you'll just be asked to not consume any weed, drugs, alcohol, psychedelics or any conscious altering substances.
Recentering 21-Day Journey.
For 21-days you will reconnect with yourself through mindful practices, meditation, journaling, movement and other exercises to gently push you past your comfort zone while nurturing your spirit. You'll be supported within a private community via Group Me. This is beginner friendly and you can go at your own pace.
All participants will receive preparation instructions, pdf of exercises and access to a private group.
We will start Sunday, January 18th with the New Moon. All materials will be emailed the day before. Make sure you have a journal for this experience.
