Heart Talks Live Class & Challenge Kick Off

In this interactive class, we'll be doing:

-energy work and meditation on your personal heart energy space

-creating a love oil

-exercises to recognize and clear out heart blockages

21 days of meditation. mindful exercises and journaling we'll be exploring the depth of our heart spaces while focusing on these areas:

-Incorporating and Shifting Love Vibration
